Agreements
Our services are provided to business customers. Consumer cancellation rights for distance sales, which give consumers the right to cancel purchases made remotely, therefore do not apply.
A binding agreement is only entered into once both parties have agreed on scope and price, in writing. An enquiry through the contact form or a booked call is not in itself an order.
Price, scope, duration and other terms are agreed in the individual contract. All prices are stated excluding VAT.
Rights to content
You own your content: text, images, customer data and the domain. The website is built on our platform. Internal tools, templates and methods remain our property. Any transfer of the codebase is agreed separately.
Liability
We deliver to the best of our ability and in line with current industry practice, but we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of expected profit, or consequences of circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount the client has paid for the service in question.
Governing law
Agreements are governed by Bulgarian law, with jurisdiction at the competent court in Burgas, Bulgaria, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
