What information we collect
When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we record your name, email address, phone number, the type of project the enquiry concerns, your message text, and technical context such as which page and module the enquiry came from and any sources from marketing campaigns (UTM data).
When you book a call, we record your name, email address, phone number, chosen service, date and time, and any message you add.
When you use the chat on the website, the conversation is stored together with the enquiry. We recommend that you do not provide sensitive information in the chat. If you ask us to get in touch, we record your name, email address, phone number and preferred time.
Purpose and legal basis
We process the information to respond to your enquiry and deliver the agreed services (performance of a contract, cf. the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Article 6(1)(b)), and to safeguard our legitimate interest in following up potential clients (Article 6(1)(f)). Where you have ticked the consent box in the form, we also process the information for follow-up and marketing based on this consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share information with
We use Resend to send email confirmations and notifications, and our suppliers Vercel (hosting), Neon (database) and Cloudflare (image storage) as data processors for technical infrastructure. If you book a call, the appointment is created in Google Calendar, and you receive a calendar invitation with a meeting link. The chat uses language models from Anthropic and OpenAI to understand and answer questions. Some of these suppliers are established outside the EU/EEA. The transfer takes place on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or another valid transfer mechanism. We never sell your information on to third parties.
Cookies
The website uses necessary cookies for basic functions to work. In addition, only if you actively accept it via the consent banner, we may use cookies for traffic analysis and marketing. You can change your choice at any time in the consent banner at the bottom of the page.
Retention period
Enquiries and bookings are stored for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose they were collected for, and normally no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a longer retention period follows from statutory requirements (for example accounting rules for invoiced work) or you ask for earlier deletion yourself.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete the information we hold about you, as well as the right to restrict processing, data portability and the right to object to the processing. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: in Bulgaria, where the company is registered, Комисия за защита на личните данни (cpdp.bg), or in Norway, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.no).
Changes
We may update this privacy policy as needed. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
