AI chatbot for your business that answers first

Customers are used to full answers from ChatGPT, so a chat that just sends them to a link does more harm than good. We set up an AI with everything you know about your own services and prices, one that answers properly around the clock and hands the case over to you when it is a real customer.

Whoever asks in the evening chooses whoever answers

Many enquiries come in when you are at work, have gone home or are off for the weekend, and then no one answers until the next day, so whoever was wondering about price has often asked someone else too.

Most chatbots on small business websites do not solve this, because they only recognise a handful of words and send the customer on to a page or an email address. The customer who is used to ChatGPT notices the difference straight away and closes the page.

12 %

of questions to customer service chatbots get answered well, and customers use ChatGPT and similar tools three times as often as the business’s own chat

What you get

The AI is set up for your business specifically, so it answers with your prices, your services and your way of working.

  • Answers with substanceThe customer gets the actual answer on price, services and how you work, with a range where the price varies.
  • Asks questions backThe AI asks what it needs to understand the job, such as how big, where and when.
  • Sorts real customers from the restWhoever is ready for a site visit or a meeting gets to book, and whoever is just wondering gets a proper answer.
  • Booking straight into the calendarName, email, phone and time are gathered in the conversation, and the meeting is put into the Google calendar with a confirmation to the customer.
  • The case goes on to youYou get the whole conversation by email, so the customer does not have to explain everything again.
  • Answers to small questions tooEven questions you do not make money from today get a proper answer, so people remember you the day they need help.

How it is set up

You decide what the AI is allowed to say, and a person keeps an eye on the answers once it is live.

  1. 1

    We gather the knowledge

Services, prices, opening hours, common questions and what it takes to book, gathered from you and the website.

  2. 2

    You approve it

You review what the AI answers on the most common questions before it goes live.

  3. 3

    We test it

We ask the questions your customers actually ask, including the hard ones, and fix what does not land.

  4. 4

    We improve it

We read the conversations regularly and add in what the AI was missing, so the answers get better over time.

What the AI does not do

The AI only answers with information that is already open, such as prices, services and common questions, and it is never used behind a login or with customer data, because that requires a level of security where the risk of a data leak becomes too great for small and medium-sized businesses.

When someone asks about something tied to a specific agreement, an invoice or something personal, the AI says so plainly and hands the case over to you, so the customer gets help from a person.

Conversations are handled under data protection rules, and the language models used are described in privacy policy.

What it costs

The AI can be bought together with a website and hosting, or as a standalone add-on to the site you already have.

LevelFromIncluded
Hosting with AI249 €per month500 conversations, booking calendar, hosting and a monthly report
Hosting with AI and calculator299 €per month1,000 conversations, a calculator and same-day answers

All prices exclude VAT. Bought on its own, the AI has a 12-month commitment period.

Questions about AI that answers

Can the AI say something wrong?

It only answers based on what you have entered and approved, and it is set up to say when it does not know, so it hands the case over instead of guessing.

Do we need to have a website with you?

No, it can be added to the website you already have, but it gets the best results when the website and the AI draw on the same information.

How quickly can it be up and running?

Once the information is gathered and approved, it is usually ready within a couple of weeks, and we test it with you before it goes live.

What happens when the customer wants to talk to a person?

Then the AI gathers the contact details and sends you the whole conversation, so you can pick up where it left off.

What is the difference between a chatbot and ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is a general AI assistant that answers based on what it was trained on and what it finds online, while a chatbot for a business is set up for one business and answers based on that business’s own services, prices and rules, and can book meetings and hand the case over to you.

Which AI chatbot is best?

The one that answers correctly about your business and actually does something with the enquiry, so check whether it draws on your own information, whether it says when it does not know the answer, whether it can book or hand the case over, and whether you can read the conversations afterwards.
